• Alabama Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP): this particular assists low income group from Alabama who had to bear high costs of home energy. This funding is provided through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  The grant is available for households with more than eight people, add $7,250 per additional person.

• Delaware Energy Assistance Program (DEAP): this particular program is administered by The Division of State Service Centers (DSSC) on a contractual basis with Catholic Charities Inc, helping the below poverty line families to bear the expenses of home energy costs.
